All sales are final. We do not allow for returns for change of mind. 

For any damaged goods, please contact us via email kirstyholistichomeopath@gmail.com to discuss and include your order number and photos. We acknowledge that there are at times damages that may occur in shipping worldwide. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will require proof of damages in order to process a new shipment to you.
