Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
We make all products to order in Australian.
We aim to ship all orders within 2 weeks, subject to the purchaser attending/viewing the Zoom consultation and cleared PayPal funds (if applicable).
All products are shipped via Australia Post services. Australia Post will send through tracking information on email once the product has been shipped.
It is the customers sole responsibility to ensure that they adhere to local post office collection timeframes/deadlines. If the order is not collected from the local post office within the timeframe, a new shipment cost will be billed to the customer to ship a new kit. Unless Express Post is selected, for all standard delivery - no signature is required on delivery and you therefore authorise the post services to leave your order in a safe place.
TAXES & CUSTOMS
Your international order may be subject to import taxes and customs at your border/local post office services.
It is the customers responsibility to pay these duties if applicable. If the goods are returned to KIRSTY HOLISTIC HOMEOPATH then a reshipment and handling fee is payable.
PREORDER
Our pre orders have an estimated shipment date at the point of sale which is disclosed in the product description. Please refer to this and all relevant email updates regarding your order status. KIRSTY HOLISTIC HOMEOPATH may need to extend this estimated date by up to 2 weeks. Should your order not be shipped by the estimated date + 2 weeks variation then the customer is entitled to a full refund.
